1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

 

This course aims to provide students with the basic knowledge of project financing including: overview of project financing, risk analysis and risk management in project financing, the role of project advisors in project financing activities, project assessment and cash flow analysis, project financing plans, credit risks in project financing transactions and Basel's new capital treaty.
