1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course is designed to help students improve their soft skills which are important to their competencies, their studies, and careers. Through the contents of this course, students can develop psychological "soft skills" in the domain of human relations such as interpersonal communication, public presentation, positive thinking, time management, conflict resolution, and effective collaboration in team-building skills. This essential suite of courses uses several different profiling tools and techniques to help students understand the knowledge and principles before unlocking the key to understanding themselves and others and how best to communicate with others.

- General rules for all written documentations
All works are presented on A4 sized paper, size: 13 or 14, font: Times New Roman or Arial; margin settings as follows: top 2.5 cm, bottom 2.5 cm, left 3.5 cm, right 2 cm; line spacing 1.5.
- Group work
- Form: Group video presentation and report
- Instructions for Group video presentation and report:
- Group video: each group will make a video from 10-15 minutes which tells a story with characters to show at least 3/5 skills that have been studied in this course. You can choose any topics you are interested in.
- Group report: each group will write an academic report (20-30 pages) on how you conduct this topic including: Introduction, Literature review, Research Methodology, Findings and Analysis, Recommendation and Conclusion, References, Appendix)
- Criteria:

+ Logical analysis, straight to the point, practical refection 5 points
+ Use of variety of references, vivid examples 1 point
+ Coherent writing, precise citation 2 points

- The test is composed of two parts:
- Multiple choice questions (40 questions) : multiple-choice (account for 40% of final score)
- Exercises: 2 questions (account for 60%)
