1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course involves international transportation and logistics as tools to serve international sales contracts. Emphases are on arranging transportation process and related things to move goods from seller’s country to buyer’s country by different modes (sea, air, road, and multimodal transport). Carrier’s liability and other legal issues in transportation contracts are also important contents that will be mentioned in the course.

(a) Written exam
- Format: Written exam (essay, problem solving)
- Content: the issues studied in the module
- The exam consists of essay questions and situational questions with many additional details. The test time is up to 90 minutes.

+ Logical, rigorous reasoning: 3 points
+ Referring to specific legal regulations: 2 points
+ Creativity in presentation: 1 point

(b) Assignment
- Format: Written assignment (assignment, problem solving)
- Content: the issues studied in the module
- Exam questions will be given by the lecturer with hypothetical situations or role-playing, students will be able to work individually or in groups, may be required to give a presentation so that the examiner can evaluate the work.
- Evaluation Criteria:

(c) Oral examination
- Content: Issues have been studied
- The test consists of two questions that are randomly assigned by the students in the exam kit.
- Criteria:
+ Exactly answer the questions correctly: 10 points. Student will get mark 10 if they answer totally 2 main questions and 1-2 additional questions. Time allowance for answering is maximum 10 minutes per student.
