- COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course aims to provide scientific knowledge about the interdependence, inter-relationships, and interactions between the economy and the environment (the earth’s life support system to ensure a stable, efficient, continuous, and sustainable development on the basis of environmental protection and human-centered)
Environmental economics approaches environmental issues from both microeconomic and macroeconomic perspectives. Environmental economics focuses primarily on how people make decisions, why they cause environmental consequences, and how they can change the ways we conduct our business and make the environment more balanced, and more stable with the desires and needs of us and the ecosystem itself.
This course provides skills for analysis, and critical thinking of environmental issues in terms of scientific, logical, and creative manner. This course also provides the students the practical skills, decision-making skills, and solving environmental problems. The students use, and improve the theory and practice, necessary skills to learn, do research, work independently, to effectively meet the requirements of industrialization, modernization, and international economic integration, and the English working environment.
