- COURSE OBJECTIVES
Business Correspondence and contract in English is an intensive course designed to help students deal with contracts from a business, technical or legal perspective. Specifically, the course aims to:
- Equip learners with some theoretical basis about international business contracts, language, style, form and basic principles when drafting an international commercial contract.
- Equip learners with the skills to read and interpret an international business contract.
- Equip learners with skills to translate an international business contract.
- Examine some sample contracts for different commodities.
- Provide instructions on how to draft an international business contract based on the model contract of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Final
Evaluate students’ ability to:
- Interpret provisions in a business contract
- Translate an international business from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
- Draft some contract provisions based on ICC model contract
- Examine, collect necessary information for references; self-study to prepare and get ready to draft and translate business contracts as required
60 min written test.
Test content about business contract interpretation and translation.
