1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

 

This course is highly practical, in order to help students apply the knowledge they have 

learned in the fields of Economics and International Business. Students participating in the module will be divided into groups to carry out projects in the field of economics and business of company/ organizations. The module encourages students to research, discover business ideas, test, deploy, develop and complete ideas into focus business plans, highly adaptable to the fast-changing of the international business environment in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0, or carry out research projects on problems related to theory or apply theory to solve problems in economics and business. The permanent and visiting lecturers who are experts working in the fields of economics and business will advise and equip the groups with the necessary tools to solve the problems during the course and implementation of projects.

  • 1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

 

The course aims to give students an overview of data storage, query techniques, and database administration. Students will have the opportunity to explore database design methods and tools, and add real-world data processing experience using structured query language (SQL) to clean, transform data, and calculate on a modern database system for work related to industrial analysis services and data analysis, especially in business activities of enterprises.

1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

The course aims to equip students with basic and systematic knowledge about the origin and development stages of scientific socialism; Marxist-Leninist viewpoint on the inevitable transformation of human society from the capitalist socio-economic form to the communist socio-economic form and the historical mission of the labor class, about socialism and the transition to socialism, about democracy and the socialist state, about the content and ways of solving problems of class, ethnicity, religion, etc. religion and family in the process of building socialism. On that basis, students know how to apply their learned knowledge to explain socio-political issues, have faith in socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam.

Analyse the case study using the following structure:

  • Assignment 3

 

Task: In a groups, students will have to prepare a written report and present their assigned long case study ( The case company was experiencing the problem presented dealing with several issues (presentation topics). Students will then analyze explain how this specific problem relates to the concept covered in the course, and finally build recommendations on how to solve the problem.

The typical structure of a report should be as followed

  1. Provide a brief introduction to the organization
  2. Describe the selected topic
  3. The issues/problem should then be considered and analysed in terms of materials drawn from topics studied as part of this subject
  4. Design an intervention (a change program or set of activities and procedures utilizing some aspects of your analysis. The intervention should be intended to solve or improve the situation

1. MODULE DESCRIPTION:

The course provides students with basic knowledge of customs activities in international trade, based on laws and regulations of international trade and customs. In details, the course provides students with theoretical, practical and operational knowledge such as the geographical operation of national and international customs forces; customs procedure process; classification and encryption of goods; the origin of goods; customs valuation; facilitation of trade and supply chain security. This also researches, analyzes advanced and modern customs management tools and methods that are being applied in the world. 1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

This course equips students with the fundamentals of macroeconomics and how to apply them in practice.
