1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Provides learners with the basics of business data and provides an overview of basic methods for business data analysis from descriptive analysis to predictive analysis and optimal choice analysis.
- Equip the skills in using software to apply basic methods in data analysis in order to detect and solve business problems as well as support decision making in business management.
- Learners are able to pose problems, understand and use basic principles, methods and tools to analyze data to understand business activities in 6 main areas of business: finance, products/production, customers, marketing, sales and employees.
