1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
The aim of the Graduate Thesis module is to apply the theoretical basis knowledge of the students’ major in order to solve specific scientific problems, in which students propose solutions/recommendations for implementation, while coming up with methods to support their arguments. The graduation thesis does not require students to bring out new and advanced scientific ideas, it is necessary to contain scientific and systematic arguments when applying the theoretical framework in order to solve the research problems. For those who are eligible to conduct the graduation thesis, this is the course that are required in order to be considered for a diploma. Students are expected to complete the graduation thesis within 13 weeks. The content of the thesis must be in accordance with the major of Banking and International Finance, conducted in English and under the guidance of the supervisor.
2. COURSE CONTENT
The course is designed for 15 weeks of report writing. Specifically, the number of hours students actually work is as follows:

- Format: The length of the graduation thesis (from the Introduction to the end of the Conclusion) is from 60 to 80 A4 pages, presented on A4 paper size; font size: 14; Times New Roman font; the sizes of the top, bottom, left and right margins are 2.5cm, 2.5cm, 3.5cm, 2cm respectively; 1.5 lines stretch.
- Content: The graduation thesis contains appropriated content to the program major; it must be concise, clear, having scientific and practical value; Reference documents should be authentic, consistent, and presented in accordance with the regulations.
- Each graduation thesis is independently graded by 2 reviewers based on evaluation criteria and supervisors’ comments. The Dean of the Faculty of Science will assign the reviewers, who are lecturers with appropriate fields of expertise to mark the students' thesis and is responsible for keeping the list of lecturers confidential.
- The reviewers will mark the thesis according to the given form, following by writing down the mark on a Thesis scorecard. The mark can be odd up to 1 digit after the comma. The scorecard of the thesis will be sent to the the Thesis grading secretaries. The mark of thesis is the average score of 2 reviewers, rounded to 01 (one) decimal place.
- In case the marks of two reviewers differ by more than 2 (two) points, the thesis will be assigned to a third reviewer. The final score is the average mark given by 03 reviewers.
