1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
The purpose of Business Valuation course is to introduce students to the basics of business valuation, including how business are valued, how equity is valued, and how the enterprise is valued. This course provides the main methods of valuation (intrinsic and relative), their strengths and weaknesses, and when to apply each. The research contents in this course include:
