1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

Advanced Business Communication (Giao tiếp kinh doanh 4) aims at expanding students’ knowledge of business communication and developing their written and oral communication skills. In the course, students study a variety of business cases that help them understand the function of communication in the modern business world, and learn to analyze real-life business problems and determine when and how to communicate corporate decisions to employees, business partners and the public.

- Students are expected to attend the class regularly and punctually. 

- Students are expected to complete the quizzes delivered in class. Failure in doing the quizzes might be seriously affected total 10% of this assessment.

- Students work in pair/ group of five to six students to analyze one assigned  work. The analysis must follow the guidelines of analyzing elements that are covered during the course.
