1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

This is a undergraduate level course designed to prepare students to be managers for the increasingly competitive business world. The emphasis of this course will be on the strategic analyses, decisions, and actions that organizations take to create sustainable competitive advantages, with the consideration of both the internal condition and the external environment. Through chapters, case analyses, and discussions we will also explore issues related to ethical decision making, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder theory, and the relationship of business & government.

  • 25 minutes
  • Precise MC answers or clear, structured, informative esays: 5 mark

Part 2: Case study: 30%:

  • Case studies: short case study (1 side A4 paper given at the exam)
  • Answer all question asked precisely: 5 mark
