1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course provides general information and concepts about the different types of contracts in the supply chain, how to manage them, and analyzes the role of contract management in adding value to supply chains/enterprises. Furthermore, the course provides knowledge of the stages of the contract management process as well as how to define the basic criteria for contract performance. Last but not least, the course also introduces tools and techniques to monitor the performance of the obligations of the related parties in a contract.
