1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

 

The course is highly practical, to help students apply the combined knowledge learned by the LSCM major. Students participating in the section will be divided into groups to carry out projects in the LSCM field of enterprise/organization. The course encourages students to find and discover business ideas, experiment, implement, develop and perfect ideas into specific implementation plans, highly adaptable to the fluctuations of the international business environment in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Lecturers and experts working practically in the LSCM field will advise and equip teams with the tools they need to solve problems posed during the construction and/or implementation of projects.

2. COURSE CONTENT 

 

The course is designed for 5 weeks of full-time internships, when students finish year 3 of study.

Students intern in groups of 4 to 6 students, under the guidance of at least 1 teacher, and there may be 1 instructor from the internship unit. The group of students is oriented to investigate into a field or a real-life situation of the internship unit. At the end of the internship, the group of students must present their finding results to the board decided by the Department/School.

The instructor is assigned by the School of Economic and International bussiness, will have at least 3 working sessions with the student, according to the schedule and the following contents:

3. COURSE ASSESSMENT 

  • 3.1. Regular assessment (20%)
  • Students need to be fully present at 3 meeting sesssions with their instructor/lecturer and internships according to the work schedule and requirements from the internship unit. The internship period is full-time ("full time").

    Lecturer/instructor will base on the internship evaluation and the teacher’s feedback  to evaluate the required attandance score.
