1. COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course introduces learners to basic issues related to the role of public investment projects in socio-economic development. The course focuses on equipping economic analysis skills of public investment projects. The course clarifies the difference in the evaluation of public investment projects compared to other private projects from the perspective of socio-economic benefits or the selection of a social discount rate. The course equips learners with tools and methods to measure the impact of a specific public investment project.

+ Use understandable, persuasive presentation manner 2 points
