- COURSE OBJECTIVES
Investment Project Design is the course guiding the methods of designing and appraising investment projects. It helps the students to make more informed project investment decisions by knowing what issues to examine in the planning process and how to analyze their impacts.
- Includes descriptions of specific methods of financial and economic analysis for new investments and for expansion of an existing enterprise
- Covers project risk assessment, mitigation and avoidance
- Provides real-life case studies, adapted for presentation, and addresses the design of large and small-scale projects in both private and public sectors
The course is highly practical and help students apply and synthesize the studied knowledge of Economics and International Business. Students participating in the module will have an opportunity to explore, discover business ideas, test, deploy, develop and transform ideas into specific project plans which are highly adaptive to the volatility of the international business environment in the context of The Fourth Industrial Revolution.
