- COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course aims to equip students with the basic knowledge of the foundations of advanced mathematics and its applications in economics, including:
- The basic of Linear Algebra: matrices and determinants, vector space, system of linear equations.
- The basic of Analysis: limit calculus, continuity, integral calculus, differential calculus, extremes and applications of single-variable and multi-variable calculus, methods of solving linear equations, second order linear equations.
- Introduce some linear models in business administration, the application of mathematical analysis in economics and business.
