- COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course equips learners with basic knowledge about managing investment projects with foreign elements, including general theories on international investment projects and international investment project management; project management contents from project preparation to implementation, throughout the project's operation until the end of the project. In particular, the course focuses on equipping students with knowledge and skills related to project planning and implementation. In addition, the course also introduces the management practice of some international investment projects.
